Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Verifying receipts
  • Sending payments
  • Making purchases
  • Creating invoices
  • Tracking overdue accounts
  • Complete data entry
  • Collect transactions
  • Track debits
  • Identify any errors on any and all financial records


Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word or related software.
  • Must have excellent computer skills.


Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior related office experience preferred.

Schedule:

8-hour shift

Monday to Friday
